Trade fairs are the ideal platform for establishing new contacts and for helping to shore up confidence in the product and its
performance, the company as well as the brand and trademark.
Moreover, expositions are an excellent opportunity for positive surprises that we have in store for both our customers and prospects. And
they also allow us as manufacturers to better visualize and understand our user's needs and expec-tations.
BOGE have therefore opted to directly change from compressor manufacturers to compressed air
system suppliers. And quite a number of innovations and line extensions are scheduled for our 410 m² Com Vac presentation (April 11 thru15, 2005, Hall 27 / B-09) and designed for extra refined
intelligent and super efficient industrial compressed air production and supply.
Our goal is to be first when it comes to economic compressed air supply. And we would be pleased to welcome visitors
from all over the world at the Hanover Fair in order to show them that we've got what it takes! This and the many other promising perspectives on today's world compressed air markets are good enough for

It's PRIME-Time
BASIC for
standard requirements, RATIO for sophisticated control extras, and PRIME for top demands: The BOGE control and monitoring concept is based on the on-the-spot needs of compressed air users. BOGE
compressors provide three different levels of control convenience. All of them at newest technical standard and designed for utmost efficiency.
The Fundamental Version: BASIC

New Master Control Systems
One for All: trinity Combined Control
The new trinity is designed to control up to three compressors of different size and
type and is intended as a convenient base load switching and comes as trinity-inside for use in a switch cabinet or for external use in a separate wall-mounted box.
A pressure sensor serves to
detect the current air pressure and to automatically calcu-late all other intermediate pressures by entering the max. and min. pressure values.
The adjustable cyclic basic load switch operation
allows an even usage of the single compressors over a specified period while individual actuation of the compressors offers quite a number of maintenance advantages: trinity assures even usage of the
single compressors and thus helps to reduce servicing expenses. There are 26 switch chan-nels with freely selectable priorities for various switching times (incl. e.g. shut-off at night or weekends)
which makes available additional potentials for energy savings.
Intelligent Compressed Air: airtelligence control for multi-systems
airtelligence offers the alternative of rendering the
production compressed air even more intelligent, efficient and transparent whereby a convenient control tool helps to organize compressed air supply at a hitherto unrivaled quality level.

telligence sets new standards in economicalness, dependability and availability of compressed air equipment. Sophisticated control features permit optimized operation in any situation. Control of up
to 16 compressors – in an efficient and transparent manner with a significant reduction of the total energy consumption and a considerable decrease of maintenance costs due to its ideal configuration of
an even usage of the individual compressors.
Also possible: error and maintenance alerts on your phone or cellphone, external visu-alization of airtelligence operational data on your computer,

For BOGE as manufacturers of
long-lived investment goods the after sales business of services and replacement parts is a material income producing factor representing 30 percent of the turnover in this segment. "Service
translates into future sales of equip-ment" is the credo of BOGE. The new 5-years' LONGlife warranty, the fully synthetic premium oil Syprem 8000, and the competitively priced cairpac
service packages will be introduced before long.

Optimized f.a.d.
Due straightforward product development BOGE are
proud to present their second gen-eration of oil injection cooled screw compressors.
For example, the S 90-2 type screw compressor with its 65 kW drive and increased out-put volume of more than 8
percent.
SO here comes: The New Oilfree Compressor Series
The SO series of oilfree screw compressors has been in successful operation worldwide since 1994, and technical innovation considerably helped to
repeatedly improve their performance efficiency.
As regards the 75 thru 145 kW drive range, BOGE succeeded in completing their water-cooled line by adding five corresponding aircooled models.
These aircooled versions are also equipped with the proven GM V-belt drive system for optimum V-belt tension in any operating phase. At a max. pressure of 8 or 10 bar, the SO-A 100, 125, 151, 181 and 200
types will yield the habitually high output volumes of between 9.9 m³/min. and 22.4 m³/min. along with an audibly smoother sound ...
This series will be presented at the Hanover Fair and features
the new PRIME control and integrated frequency converter for energy efficient speed according to customer re-quirements.
Improve your Savings: Integrated Frequency Control
Economical compressed air production, efficient frequency control,
and effective drying of compressed air at reduced space: that's what the new DF 60-2 and SDF 24-2 have in store. Integrated modular design to significantly reduce purchase costs and to facilitate your
move toward energy saving through frequency control. Owing to the intelligent ad-aptation of the output volume to the varying demands, electricity costs can be reduced most efficiently. through partial
load operation, prevention of idle operation or pressure reduction.
Due to their continuous volume flow control from 25 to 100 percent, the new models serve to cover a performance range from 45 to 75
kW with peak pressures at optionally 8, 10 or 13 bar.
This new configuration stands for even less investment costs due to even more energy saving. And moreover, this integrated solution offers
substantial special price benefits up to 15 percent.
