is able to forecast the additional or reduced demand for compressed air and to switch to an optimized combination of compressors. This serves to reduce the number of load/idle run switch cycles and to massively save power energy by successfully avoiding expensive idle runs.
airtelligence ideally qualifies for optimization of existing compressed air systems. The control automatically determines the net capacity and potential leakage.
All compressors work
within a common small pressure band. Compressors are started in the pre-selected priority order according to consumption requirements. Load switching of compressors with equal priority ensures uniform
usage and reduced maintenance. The control system is so designed as to detect which of the compressors are connected and ready for actuation. If a selected compressor fails to perform, airtelligence
immediately switches to the next available unit. Up to two adjusted compressors can be integrated in the master control system.
Web browser computer visualization of all relevant parameters and evaluations, including: - error and warning messages as popups - maintenance intervals for all compressors including remaining times
- net pressure and volume flow diagrams for the entire compressed air station - volume flow and operating status diagrams for the individual compressors - evaluation of energy consumption and
