In order that you are not subjected to the continued uncertainty of eCommerce
when using our Online Shop, the following rules apply:
- All listed products are available only to customers whose invoice and delivery
address is in Germany. Our General Terms and Conditions apply.
- By sending your electronic order you are sending a binding enquiry to BOGE,
who will process it as quickly as possible. It becomes a contract when we
confirm your order
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the following regulations shall apply to the second-hand
machinery shop:
- All prices are understood net cash, plus VAT
- Delivery ex warehouse, subject to prior sale
- Terms of Delivery: ex works, packing not included
- Payment: within 8 days after invoice date less 2% discount, or 30 days net
We work exclusively on basis of our general terms and conditions (Ref. 12.2007).
