BOGE Adsorptionstrockner DAV-2 Baureihe

IN A NUTSHELL

The main advantages of the DAV-2 series at a glance

Compressed air comes in many guises. As versatile as the industrial applications have become, so too are the required quality classes and purity specifications no less exacting. To ensure that the compressed air used is free of contamination and moisture at high volume flows, the externally heated desiccant dryers in the new DAV-2 series are designed optimally. They operate with externally drawn and heated air that regenerates the desiccant, consuming up to 25 percent less energy than conventional systems.

TYPICAL AREAS OF APPLICATION

Energy-conscious by design

Users of compressed air systems in sensitive applications such as the pharmaceutical, electrical and automotive industries rely on suppressing any growth of microorganisms from the start. The externally heated desiccant dryers in the DAV-2 series are designed optimally to ensure that the compressed air used is free of contamination and moisture at high volume flow rates. They produce dry compressed air with pressure dew points down to –70°C with minimal energy consumption and high flow capacities.
