YOUR EFFICIENCY CHECK
What does the new regulation mean and what doesn't change?
In many companies, the compressed air representative not only performed legal duties but also acted as the central point of contact for monitoring, efficiency oversight and operational safety. If this internal role is removed, an important control and interface function is often lost. In short, this translates into less formality, but the tasks stay the same.
Numerous obligations still remain, including those associated with:
the Energy Efficiency Act,
the Water Resources Act,
the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health
as well as internal audit, documentation and compliance requirements.
