FUTURE-ORIENTED
OWL Study Fund Foundation
The foundation has set itself the goal of providing students with material and immaterial support in order to enable anyone with the necessary skills and motivation to study.

At BOGE, we see ourselves as a socially responsible company—in economic, ecological, social, and local terms. Get an overview of the projects and initiatives that we and our employees support.
SUSTAINABILITY AS PART OF OUR DNA
For us, sustainability is not just an empty phrase, but a corporate philosophy that we live by. The harmony between economy, ecology, and social commitment—now known as corporate social responsibility (CSR)—has been part of our actions for decades. This idea is reflected not only in our production processes, but also in our charitable projects, which we specifically promote in order to actively support the region and society. As a long-established company in East Westphalia-Lippe, we bear responsibility for our region, our employees, and our production processes. At BOGE, sustainability permeates every level of our production:
IMPORTANT COOPERATION
BOGE supports the disabled workshops Bethel pro Werk v. Bodelschwinghsche Stiftungen und Lübbecker Werkstätten GmbH by ordering a range of items from them every year.
The workshops for disabled people provide an environment where people with physical disabilities or mental health problems can work. They do jobs matched to their abilities, preferences and interests.
STUDENTS GET A TASTE OF PRESSURIZED AIR
The “Career Offensive for Engineers in East Westphalia-Lippe” (BINGO for short), launched by BOGE, aims to inspire young people to pursue a career in engineering—an initiative that is also one of the goals of OWL Maschinenbau.
COMPANIES INTEGRATE REFUGEES
Since March 2016, we have been part of Germany's largest network for integrating refugees into the labor market. The NETZWERK Unternehmen integrieren Flüchtlinge (Network: Companies Integrate Refugees) is an initiative of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

BOBBY CAR SOLAR CUP
BOGE also collaborates with Enger Secondary School in the annual BobbyCar Solar Cup, which is organized by the alternative energy company Netzwerk Energie Impuls OWL:Every year, we participate together with a joint vehicle in the “Solarracer Team.” In preparation, students from the school work with our trainees to develop a “solar racing car” based on a BobbyCar.
