Our procedure for complaints

We set great store on handling all complaints fast, transparently and fairly. Our goal is to resolve your problem promptly and find a sustainable solution so that your compressed air system can be operated reliably again as soon as possible. After we receive your complaint, our specialist departments carefully examine and assess it. We determine whether it involves a warranty, guarantee, goodwill or service case. Throughout the entire process, you will have a personal contact person who will inform you about the next steps. If necessary, a technical analysis will be carried out on-site or based on the available data. Afterwards, we will take the appropriate action. This covers the full range of options from rectification to the replacement of components, up to an individual solution in coordination with you.
