Residual oil content analysis
We perform continuous and highly accurate measurements of the vapor-phase residual oil content in your compressed air, from 0.001 mg/m³ up to 5 mg/m³. Due to the extremely low detection limit we can reliably monitor Compressed Air Quality Class 1 (ISO 8573). The measurement is carried out directly in the system, ensuring pinpoint control.

Particle measurement
With our particle measurement we determine the number of particles in the compressed air to establish the appropriate quality class. The measurement is flexible – either at the point of use or directly at the source. Sampling is done easily via a quick coupling and a hose. Detectable particle sizes are 0.1 / 0.3 / 0.5 / 1.0 µm.

We determine the pressure dew point of your compressed air precisely. This measurement forms the basis for optimal treatment and ensures protection of your equipment against moisture damage.
