Blechexpo: BOGE and INMATEC present new compressed air and nitrogen solutions

From October 21 to 24, BOGE and INMATEC will be presenting how modern compressed air and nitrogen systems make metalworking more efficient, sustainable, and precise at the Blechexpo in Stuttgart in Hall 1, Booth 1011. The focus will be on maintenance-friendly compressors, smart control, and high-purity nitrogen generation. From individual components to turnkey complete solutions, the powerful duo supplies everything from a single source.

The compact S 45 – 4 LF model impresses with its reliable, quiet, and efficient operation. All maintenance parts are accessible from the operator side, which greatly simplifies maintenance. Generously dimensioned components and energy-saving permanent magnet motors in all frequency-controlled models minimize internal pressure losses and increase energy efficiency.

“Compared to the previous model, energy consumption has been reduced by up to eight percent and the delivery volume increased by almost nine percent,” emphasizes Frank Hilbrink, Product Manager at BOGE.

Another highlight is the intelligent airtelligence provis 3.0 control system. It networks all components of the compressed air network, analyzes and optimizes system behavior, and enables predictive maintenance. The software supports energy audits in accordance with ISO 50001, offers improved remote monitoring, and can even integrate photovoltaic systems for own electricity consumption.
