For control or process air applications used in the beverage and food industry or in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, for example, dry air – in other words, a low pressure dew point – is what matters. Here is where the cold-regenerating BOGE adsorption dryers of the DAZ series come into their own: These achieve dew points of -40°C (optionally -70°C), while a partial airstream in the base-load switching process regenerates the desiccant in parallel to adsorption with compressed air that has already been dried.
