HOW THE BOGE BLUEKAT WORKS
The bluekat principle: water-clear condensate
Cost-effectiveness does not entail compromising safety here. Rather, the bluekat principle ensures that the produced compressed air is oil-free in accordance with the highest Class 0 standard. And the process is consistent every time: the compressed air is preheated to 200°C and then flows into the integrated BOGE Converter, whose catalytic material oxidises hydrocarbons to water and carbon dioxide. The elimination of treatment costs due to a crystal-clear condensate is an added benefit.
