BOGE S-4 now from 55 kW
All of the S-4 models – from 55 to 160 kW – rely on our very own premium airend, whose integrated, fully enclosed gears reduce both internal pressure losses as well as energy consumption and noise levels. The increased efficiency pays off.
Turbo power for the low-pressure segment
The new BOGE Low Pressure Turbo 150 brings a breath of fresh air to the low pressure field: It compresses the air at high speeds of up to 4 bar and is thereby considerably more effective than comparable screw compressors.
Wherever low pressures between 2 and 4 bar are required, the new BOGE Low Pressure Turbo 150 is convincing, with its excellent characteristics and unusually low and quiet running. A permanent magnet motor with high power density ensures the highest level of efficiency, and the small footprint enables flexible placement.
New CC-2 oil-water separator
The traditional gravity separation of oil and water does not work well with modern fully synthetic oils. The new oil-water separators from BOGE facilitate condensate treatment considerably – irrespective of the type of oil.
This is how oil-water separation works today: the BOGE CC-2 works with ergonomically divided filter units, which weigh less in their saturated condition and can therefore be removed more quickly. In other respects too maintenance-friendliness is a high priority: Two indicator displays provide information about the saturation level of the filter.
Since the introduction of the radically new BOGE HST series, it has ultimately become clear that service had to be redefined in the age of Industry 4.0.
The future belongs to modular machine concepts, in which “service“ will primarily consist of software updates and upgrade measures. The new selectcair service offered by BOGE is therefore consistently focused upon “continuous improvement” – the optimisation of compressors across their entire life cycle.
BOGE P1 and P2L
The latest piston compressors of the P-series are manufactured with high precision and minimal tolerances, guaranteeing a long life expectancy, even in continuous operation.
The fully modular design, which also allows free-standing units such as a duplex system, a 400V/50Hz version or a single phase 230V compressor, means that it can be tailored exactly to your needs. Any piston compressor can be upgraded to a state-of-the-art and thus highly future-proof customised system.
BOGE CCD compact condensate drain
With the new electronically level-controlled CCD condensate drain, BOGE offers a clever alternative that helps save time and expense: These operate with a valve that is closed straight after draining, without any loss of pressure arising.

The compact design makes the new CCD condensate drain particularly suitable for installation in limited space conditions. Thanks to the robust aluminium housing they are ideal for any climate zone … and good for more than 2 million draining cycles.
BOGE DS-2 refrigerant dryers
In the new BOGE DS-2 refrigerant dryers, top-class efficiency meets outstanding CO2 emissions ratings. The fully integrated high-performance heat exchanger achieves superb energy efficiency – combined with significantly lower refrigerant usage. All DS-2 models are designed to run on both 50 and 60 Hz (230 V) power supplies and, as such, can be used throughout the world.
