THE C LDR – WITH DRYER & RECEIVER
Everything covered: Configuration, maintenance, receiver size
The C-Series provides a suitable configuration for virtually every requirement: All individual elements are delivered fully pre-assembled as a plug-and-play compact unit – from stand-alone compressors to complete compressed air stations with receiver and refrigerant dryer. For easy maintenance, all components are arranged for easy access; sound-insulating panels can be removed in just a few simple steps, and open models do not even require the removal of an acoustic hood. The receiver size can be selected individually across all performance classes – up to 750 liters, and for models from 11 kW upward additionally with a galvanized finish for enhanced corrosion protection.
Holistic Compressed Air System Optimization
Integrated compressed air stations based on the C-Series can be combined with the BOGE treatment portfolio into a system that satisfies every purity and quality requirement: Highly efficient filters reliably separate particles as well as oil and water aerosols, external refrigerant dryers from the DS-2 family are suitable for higher compressed air demands, while heatless or heat-regenerated desiccant dryers achieve pressure dew points from -40 °C to -70 °C. For synthetic oils that can emulsify in condensate, multi-stage BOGE oil/water separators are available. Anyone wishing to expand the performance range to 11 to 22 kW will find the same advantages in the C-2 Series – including even more options for receivers, refrigerant dryers, and heat recovery.
CONTROL OPTIONS
Control & Digitalization
The C-Series offers the right level of control for every requirement: Even the standard base control with LC display and pressure sensor technology enables the compressor to operate autonomously as a complete compressed air station, including automatic frost protection and a leakage monitor. If you want to operate multiple compressors in a network, opt for the optional focus control 2.0, which coordinates up to four machines in base-load cycling and ensures redundancy. For larger, more complex compressed air systems, airtelligence provis 3 takes over the predictive, consumption-dependent control of an unlimited number of compressors and accessory components. And with BOGE connect, all plant data can be accessed at any time from any smart device – for early optimization and easier service.

BOGE bestcair: five years of peace of mind included. BOGE grants the five-year BOGE bestcair warranty on the BOGE C-Series. It covers all A-parts, registration for the warranty is free of charge, and in the event of a warranty claim, BOGE promptly provides replacement parts free of charge. Maintenance is carried out exclusively by certified BOGE service technicians using genuine BOGE parts. The corresponding BOGE cairpac maintenance packages bundle all parts required for maintenance – more cost-effective than purchasing components individually – and can be supplemented with tailored maintenance contracts ranging from plant inspection to full-service agreements.
