Laser cutting, punching, forming: The use of compressed air or industrial gases makes sheet metal processing more cost-effective, environmentally friendly and safer. At the 2026 EuroBLECH in Hall 12, Booth A15, BOGE Compressed Air & Gas Solutions, the Bielefeld-based compressed air specialist, will be demonstrating how sheet metal processors can reduce their production costs while ensuring process quality.

BOGE at the 2026 EuroBLECH: oxide-free cut edges in laser cutting

In Hanover, from the 20th to the 23rd of October, BOGE will demonstrate how, during laser cutting, on-site nitrogen generation enables oxide-free cut edges, reduces rework and keeps unit costs consistently stable. The LaserPack all-in-one solution consists of a nitrogen generator, a hydrogen catalytic converter with a refrigerant dryer, product and system tanks, a high-pressure booster and a PED cylinder bundle for storing nitrogen. The “turnkey” overall concept simplifies not only smooth integration into the production process but also meets the highest requirements when it comes to process stability and constant purity. Integrated in the LaserPack, the combination of a PN series nitrogen generator and the H₂CAT hydrogen catalytic converter provides high-purity nitrogen (up to 99.999 percent purity, 5.0) right on-site using ambient air. The two-stage process reduces energy consumption by up to 50 percent compared with conventional methods.

For basic compressed air supply, BOGE offers oil-injected screw compressors from the S‑4 series with power ratings ranging from 38 to 75 kW. The series is designed for high efficiency, low noise levels and easy maintenance. It is therefore particularly well-suited for multi-shift sheet metal production with a consistently high air demand.

Everything under control, thanks to intelligent compressed air management
Another highlight is the airtelligence provis 3.0 smart control system. It connects all the components in the compressed air network, analyses as well as optimises system performance and enables proactive maintenance. The software supports energy audits in accordance with ISO 50001, offers improved remote monitoring and can even integrate photovoltaic systems for on-site electricity generation.
At the 2026 EuroBLECH, in Hall 12, Booth A15, visitors can experience a comprehensive solution chain for consistent and safe sheet metal processing – from compressors and nitrogen generation to intelligent plant management.
