UNIVERSALLY APPLICABLE, ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED
General: In the cold-regenerating adsorption dryer, the compressed air first passes through the standard microfilter before being cooled to a pressure dew point of -40°C using a desiccant (molecular sieve). The after-filter installed at the end ensures that any carbon dust is retained. The reliable result is extremely dry compressed air for the most demanding applications.
Key features:
The DAZ can be used wherever particularly dry compressed air is required. It is ideal for control or process air applications in the beverage and food industries, as well as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
CAPABLE OF ULTIMATE PURITY
Thanks to the pre- and post-filters fitted as standard and the high-quality molecular sieve, the DAZ delivers air in accordance with ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 2 for particles and Class 2 for moisture. The preset pressure dew point is -40°C (-25°C and -70°C on request).
ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED
The microprocessor control unit displays the current operating status via LEDs on the front of the control cabinet, e.g. adsorption/desorption, pressure build-up, etc. Fuses, terminal block and mains isolator are included in the scope of supply; the control unit is prepared for compressor synchronisation control.
Includes: Pressure dew point control
With pressure dew point control, you can operate the dryer in a fixed or variable cycle. In the fixed cycle, the switchover takes place after a set time (usually after 5 minutes). In the variable cycle, the switchover depends on the pressure dew point reached and the desiccant load. The adsorption time in the variable cycle is a maximum of 60 minutes.
