ENERGY-EFFICIENT, DIGITALLY CONTROLLED, WITH ENERGY-SAVING CONTROL, LOW CARBON FOOTPRINT

General: In addition to a highly efficient heat exchanger with minimal pressure losses, all refrigeration dryers in the BOGE DS series are also equipped with an energy-saving control system as standard. Thanks to the low differential pressure, the pressure of the upstream compressor can be set lower – a further opportunity to save energy. Finally, the intelligent control system of the DS series ensures absolutely economical compressed air drying.

All models in the DS series achieve pressure dew points of up to 3°C and can still operate without restriction even at ambient temperatures of up to 50°C.

• HIGHLY EFFICIENT COMPONENTS

All DS..-2 dryers are designed for efficient drying: the heat exchanger exhibits minimal pressure losses, the electronically level-controlled condensate drain discharges all condensate with zero loss, and the scroll refrigerant compressor used consumes up to 20% less energy than comparable systems.

• STANDARD ENERGY-SAVING CONTROL

If the dryer is operated at partial load or under favourable ambient conditions, the intelligent control system automatically switches off the refrigerant compressor. The incoming compressed air is then cooled by the cold reserve stored in the heat exchanger, thereby significantly reducing energy consumption.

• ELECTRONIC CONTROL

All DS..-2 dryers are equipped as standard with a digital control system featuring a dry contact alarm and a Modbus RTU interface. The control system enables visual monitoring of the dew point and the display of alarm messages. In addition, the control system also manages energy-saving control and provides information on, among other things, the percentage energy saving.

• SUSTAINABLE INTO THE FUTURE

All models are equipped as standard with the climate-friendly and future-proof refrigerant R 513 A. With a global warming potential (GWP) of 573, they meet the requirements of the EU F-Gas Regulation 517:2014 and ensure maximum supply security. The DS..-2 models are the best choice for protecting your investment, the climate and the environment.

• It is strongly recommended to install a BOGE pre-filter (F...P) upstream of the refrigeration dryer.
