BOGE Frequency-Controlled Screw Compressor with Refrigerated Air Dryer and Air Receiver

General:

Frequency-controlled screw compressor with a BOGE refrigerated air dryer mounted on a base-mounted air receiver. Ready for operation, fully automatic and CE-marked.

Thanks to the integrated frequency control with a permanent magnet motor, the compact BOGE C-series compressors achieve optimum efficiency. As compressed air demand falls, the compressor’s energy consumption and idle times are minimised, pressure fluctuations are smoothed out, and soft starts and stops protect the equipment, extending its service life.

• BOGE compressed air receiver with 500 l capacity.

• Galvanised compressed air receiver.

• Manufactured in accordance with AD 2000.

• CE marked.

• Valve manifold with all necessary fittings, including TÜV-approved safety valve, pressure gauge, test flange with nozzle bore, shut-off valve at the compressed air outlet and condensate drain valve.

• BOGE refrigerated compressed air dryer, automatic operation and ready for use.

• External electronically level-controlled condensate drain for economical operation without compressed air losses.

• Control: BOGE Focus 2.0.

• Thermostatically controlled fan.

• Automatic condensate drain CCD 10 fitted to the tank.

• 500 litre galvanised receiver.

• Filled with BOGE Syprem oil.

• Mains isolation device (emergency stop switch), 3-phase 400–690 V, fitted in the control cabinet.

• BOGE pre-filter type F 12-2 P included (supplied separately).
